Cross the coastal road from the beachside serenity of your luxury home at La Morera Playa and you come to your ‘local’ golf club within a matter of a few minutes. The scenery alone is a worthwhile experience, along with sea and mountain views, but players love the rewarding challenges of its water hazards, gentle but sloping gradients and bunkers that lead the way to the larger greens.

Reaching the highest point of elevation on the eighth hole, your breath is taken away by the sparkling sea below as you head for the ninth and towards the distinctive terracotta architecture of a clubhouse complex that exudes a truly refined and welcoming ambience. To enjoy a meal here after a game while surveying the scenery before you is one of the true delights of life in Marbella – and one that owners at La Morera Playa have on their very doorstep.
